From prescription renewals to mental health consults, their health practitioners are ready to connect with you, without you leaving home.
NEW for Personal Health Plan members
Saskatchewan Blue Cross members can save their Policy Number and Member ID within the Lumeca Health mobile app to save all your important health information in one place. Members can reference their insurance information quickly while at the pharmacy or a practitioner’s office.
How Lumeca Health works
Connect
Login and complete the pre-consultation checklist. Once you’ve confirmed your consultation is not an emergency and you’re in a private setting, you’ll be connected to a Care Coordinator.
Chat
A Care Coordinator will gather more information to assist the physician/health practitioner. The health practitioner will be added to the consultation to begin your appointment.
Carry on
Your health practitioner may diagnose, treat, refer you to a specialist and/or send you for lab work or imaging tests. Prescriptions are faxed to your preferred pharmacy.
Get started
Step 1: Email Address. Use a personal email address that you use often. The email you choose will be used as your account login.
Step 2: Photo I.D. Have your government-issued photo I.D. ready. You will need to take a picture of this to upload to your account.
Step 3: You will need a valid Saskatchewan Health Card to use Lumeca.If you need to update, replace or apply for a Saskatchewan Health Card, visit ehealthsask.ca/residents/health-cards.
